There are a lot of words that could be used to describe that post of yours - but I choose to not use that type of language, not just because I would be banned for it, but because I am better than that.
If I stated you "had to" put those you were talking about in the "to:" list I apologize....I do know I said it was a common courtesy done here, and I may have said it was generally expected, and yes I may have even said it was required.
What is it with you and your obsession with AOL???? No one could PAY me to use anything they provide.
As to picking up the phone and crying to each other, have you looked at long distance phone call rates for daytime calls??????? I live in Virginia, annyokie lives in Oklahoma, we are both SAHMs - long distance phone calls are not something we take lightly.
I don't know what your problem is, but apparently something about 2 women, hundreds of miles away from each other, who happen to be friends gets your goat.
I have also made the same request.....more than once, and so I doubt it ever change.
A functioning "ignore feature" would be wonderful here and I think JohnRob is working on it, but in the future I will use the same "ignore feature" I use on some other threads..........certain people I just don't bother with.

I posted the following statement to our front page in response to the criticism I'm receiving lately as to not being fair and balanced and perceived mistreatment of trolls and assorted malcontents. Got news for all, I'm NOT fair and balanced. I'm biased toward God, country, family, liberty and freedom and against liberalism, socialism, anarchism, wackoism, global balonyism and any other form of tyranny. Hope this helps.

I did not know this, thank you for pointing this out. It does seem to be a coomon courtesy I overlooked. I had been committing a no-no and didn't know! Now I do, so I will not make that mistake in the future.
When I mentioned earlier about people looking beyond their front door, I meant that as an expression of looking outside the box, seeing differences beyond the town or community. Gabz, you did that, and were able to see you needed to migrate.
If you could only see outside my front door at the moment....yikes!

I am all for vouchers. Let's make it happen.
However, there is no winning an argument as far as what people are choosing to do at the moment. We each choose what works.
The defense of public schoolers is that they don't want the schools to fall away completely, but let the bad ones fail and the good ones be an example of what a community wants.
As said before, EVERYONE agrees that Public Education is in a poor state overall.
As far as Annyokie, I cannot speak for her, but I would guess that after years of being bonked over the head by zealots, I'd become a little testy myself.
And I am positive that Gabz and Annyokie are not one in the same.
