Hannity is totally self-absorbed. When his big and hypocritical crash and burn comes nobody has a right to be surprised.

These remarks make me feel like a used person.
Why do we constantly have to second guess the motives of people.
I think that to much money spoils some people.

Hannity has been bashed so he bashes back. One has to be able to swim with the sharks on FR. No easy ride for anyone. I consider it part of FR's charm, the survival of the fittest, the sharpening of skills when defending your position and information sources, or be eaten alive.
Some thrive some perish. I'm sure Hannity can swim with the sharks, it's the annoying little sucker fish that have nothing to contribute but snide, jealous, unintelligent nips, that most likely gets to his fins.

Everyone is fringe if they don't agree with him.

Hannity is a lightweight! He just parrots "talking points" which is no different than what he accuses Libs of doing. Freepers should floood his public appearances

THAT JUST MAY BE THE FIRST ORIGINAL THOUGHT HE HAS EVER HAD. DEAD HORSE BEATING, BOOK SELLING SCHMUCK COULDN'T EVEN THANK THE MARINES FOR A GIFT. YET OLLIE NORTH DID IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. HE'S THE MAN!

He's been heading south for awhile. I've been surfing shortwave in the evening (when he's on in my area) and finding some interesting stations, like World Harvest Radio and foreign news.

I just listened to the jackass' comments one more time, and not only is The Sean a schmuck, he's a lousy schmuck.

I heard this on his show yesterday and sent him a scathing e-mail. As I reminded him, not long ago, his present opinions would have been considered "fringe". Despite his advocacy for liberty, etc., I advised him that his "good friend" John McCain, who is on the show all the time, was the architect of one of the greatest infringements on free speech ever. And, given his advocacy for liberty, his assurances that the "fringe" elements wouldn't take over his forum, sounded a bit like censorship to me.

Umm... Ive been here since 98..
Still check in every day..
FR was on the front page of the Washington Post last week, and all the cable shows.. FR is here for the long haul..
This site will definitely definitely be a huge thick chapter in future history books..
There's a quantum shift taking place in the media today, and I think Mr. Hannity is a little confused by it all..
Change is good.

Just checking in on the third day of Hannity threads to see if there has been a 'group hug' yet. Haven't time to read most of the posts on all threads but I expect by now there isn't much unsaid pro or con Hannity. I like and admire Sean Hannity. No if, ands, or buts. I like and admire Jim Robinson and Free Republic, no if, ands, or buts. I will say that those who criticize Sean for a heightened sense of self importance can find more than a little of that among posters right here on FR. I am grateful for all of our friends in the media, Sean and Rush and Boortz etc. whether I always agree with them or not. Sean's outburst certainly set off a firestorm and that isn't a bad thing either. Maybe the air is cleared now and we can get on with life.
