Well, The Passion was a great movie.
But, Gibson himself is a weird human being, with an anti-semitic old man whose views Gibson will not disavow.
The canonization of Mel Gibson on this website was a bit premature, IMO.

True Christians were not part of the crusades...Don't paint lieing heathens as Christians The Crusades were totally legitimate. The Crusades were expeditions undertaken to deliver the Holy Places from Mohammedan tyranny.

I haven't seen F-9/11, but Gibson's alledged comment of approval of it may have been purely a professional opinion, rather than a political one.

The Early Pagan Church was and is a lie The True Christians followers of the word from Jesus to the Apostles to the rest of the world has nothing to do with his message of salvation and eternal life. Crusades and the Holocaust has nothing absolouetly nothing to do with Jesus Christ and his message to the entire human race.
Seek help. There is this thing called reality, there is this other thing called your opinion.
They certainly do not match.

Historical revisionists like to leave out that the Muslim hordes invaded and plundered Asia Minor and North Africa - where most Christians lived in the world at that time - long before the Crusades began. The Crusades, to a large extent, were a defensive war in their initial purpose.

Interview with Gibson
here. I wonder how one pronounces "f***ing"?
I read another interview with him in some entertainment magazine or other, and the "f" word seems to be a vitally important part of his vocabulary. What a fraud.

You and me both. However, Gibson's politics have nothing to do with my refusal to see his movie. It's simply that I have no desire to cloud my vision of the Cross with
The Passion of Christ According to Mel (not to mention that woman whose visions he allegedly consulted).
Oh, well. Some people absolutely love the movie. Surely some were reached by it. God can and will use anything and anyone.

Why don't you educate me from what Jesus Taught while he was on earth that warranted the crusades or the Holocaust?
Did I miss someting Jesus said that you heard?

By the time "The rest of the story is told" about the life of GWB, I have said before that Mel Gibson should do the film, and he should also star in it.

To: net ghost
Gibson does not follow the Vatican II church, so I doubt it sees any of his $$

considering that fraudenhype 9-11 was purely political propaganda you can't take politics out of it.
