"I'm pro-choice through the first trimester." So does that means you must therefore be pro-infanticide (baby killing) up to the end of the first trimester? Just an innocent question, sorry.

I guess being a constitutional scholar makes her ultra-hyperbole acceptable? Let's face it, if an equally well educated liberal were were trashing conservatives with the same level of intensity (even if the facts were on their side) 98% of the people on this site would be beside themselves with anger. There would certainly be no respect forthcoming.

Ann Coulter's eduction and intelligence do not justify her extreme rants.

I think she's on the money most of the time. I've come to think that "phone sex guy" O'Reilly trashes her all the time because she's not interested in him.(sarcasm) I've bought one of her books and enjoy listening to hear. Keep it up Ms. Coulter!

"I think we ought to nuke North Korea right now just to give the rest of the world a warning ... despite that wonderful peace deal Madeline Albright negotiated with the North Koreans, six seconds before they feverishly began developing nuclear weapons. They’re a major threat. I just think it would be fun to nuke them and have it be a warning to the rest of the world."

You got to love this woman.

North Korea depends on the US to feed its people on a daily basis - the aid it receives from us to do this - and for them to indoctrinate the country against us, actively prepare for war and feverishly develop ballistic missile technology to do this . . .

Sorry. I have to go with Ann on this one.

Pundits and policy makers keep talking about the 'spectre of assymetrical warfare'.

It's a load. The US could play that game too. Bomb a building and we'll wipe you off the planet with a clean nuke and park our tanks there for a while. That's assymetrical too.

Behead someone and we wipe out a city. Kidnap somebody and we go with a fuel-air munition over a neighborhood.

The US could redefine the word 'assymetrical', but it won't. Bush has tried to lay out pre-emption to assumptively reasonable people, and they don't get it.

So what it will take is something real bad happening. We'll have to quarantine Denver, or have millions of refugees from one of our own major metropolitan centers as an aftermath of some terrorist event to put us in the mind set that two can play the game of assymetrical threats.

Frankly, its the only game that these 7th century despots and kooks seem to respect. God bless Gadhafi, at least he's picked up a couple of lessons along the way and decided that participating in a plot to nuke us could only lead to a less populous North Africa.

I fully concur with Ann here. It would be a pleasure to finally convince people that pursuing free trade with us is better than plotting to kill millions of us, and that North Korea is a small regionally inconsequetial expense in territory and human life to establish that lesson.

It seemed to work pretty well on Japan. They're an ally now.

I get such a kick out of Ann Coulter! Sometimes, though, she's too hard right for me...  >>>

What do you mean by "hard right" John Kerry believed that life begins at conception.

Kerry Says He Believes Life Starts at Conception

using that logic, you are a liberal.

Why do some people  believe in 1st-trimester abortions, is that when you had yours?  24 hours after the sperm penetrates the egg, the genetic code for that human baby is completed and that genetically-distinct human baby begins to grow ON ITS OWN.

And you believe that a blob, goop, Dog, Cat, or genetically distinct human being  magically transforms into a human  baby at 2 months, 29 days, 59 minutes and 59.999 seconds?   And becomes human or viable only then?  Do you have proof of this?  What exactly happens at this time, magic?  Does a psychic hold her hands over the belly and chants?  And when, at 10 weeks, where the baby has all it's toes, heart pumping blood and brain sending out nerve impulses, that's considered not viable and not human and will feel NO pain when its arms and legs are twisted off?  Sen. Brownback there is no need for your law since the fetus is NOT viable before 3 months of age so you can exempt them I guess.

And, how does one know when it's a 2nd-trimester baby?  Is there a sing, does the baby start to kick, the mother's eyes cross?   Are ALL children the same height and weight, can an ultrasound pick that up while the non-viable baby is sucking his thumb?

And I bet you thing embryonic stem cell research is ethical too.

"We’re going to transform the Middle East by the time Bush leaves office, or it will be within shouting distance of there.

Transform the entire Middle East in four years? We're not even going to be done with Iraq in four years. Sorry Ann....but this statement makes you look like a dumbass. And "....it would be fun to nuke North Korea." This one makes you look like a twisted sadist. Dumbass, twisted sadist. But hey, she's one of US!! So it's ok.

" I'd like to see her go toe to toe with Madame Hillary."

Oh no! that will never happen! Hitllery is too smart for that. She is a goner before her staffers even get contacted. Dismembered might be a better term. Maybe burned at the stake is more apropos.

Look like a dumbass ? Tell that to the families of the 3000 dead in New York. Sooner or later it will come down to this, these Islamo-kazis are not going to give up till they see Mecca turn into a glass parking lot.

"What we’re looking for is good-looking, male, liberal, half a brain. They don’t even have to be smart.

Well, I'm kinda good-looking. Definitely a male. Not at all a liberal (except that with very long hair, lots of liberals always ask me if I have pot). And rest assured, I am not smart at all.

Hey Ann, call me.

I have control over my own body, my bodily functions. That's not your call. >>>

The child has its own body too and has a right to life, we all belong to God and nowhere does it state that you have a "right" to choose.

Too "hard right" for you?

Get real ... abortion is a GOP policy.

And it's Republicans like George H. Bush who averred back in 1969 that human reproduction was the gravest threat to humanity: Recommendations of the Task Force on Earth Resources and Population

Besides, you're in good company with "hard right" Barbara Bush, just for starters: Abortions in the First Trimester Only

For all their pride in being the "Stupid Party" ... the truly Stoopid Party are the dysgenic Dems who bought their Big Lie and figure offing their own is the zenith of empowerment.

She joined us at our TriState Holiday Party on sunday.

Here is the thread with pictures.

We had a grand time, and she was quite gracious.

Loathsome you say??

because saying ‘Merry Christmas’ is like saying ‘F... you!’

She didn't mean YOU, personally!

Why do some people believe in 1st-trimester abortions, is that when you had yours?

Zing.

All the smart women, doncha know, who realize as soon as they're pregnant, have their abortions in the first trimester. No need to worry about the next six months--only the terminally indecisive and the dummies are still pregnant then. That's exactly why we hear all this self-righteous first-trimester BS.

A brain that thinks thus is not much different from the liberals she allegedly despises.

I'm rather sick and tired of hearing about what a great "constitutional scholar" she is when -- in fact -- she's either ignorant of which party, exactly, it is responsible for the most egregious and lethal of the extra- and un-constitutional decisions, executive orders and legislation of the last 35 years.

She's the poster girl of Moritur et Ridet where the American empire is concerned.

I've met Ann Coulter as well. Perfectly gracious in person. I simply have no respect for her schtick, that's all. She's an infotainer at best and -- given how purposefully superficial and consistently banal are her jabs -- either stunningly ignorant of the facts or just not very bright.
