Nailed it. I have nothing to add to that comment.
Those pale in comparison to the all-metal shears I used in the 6th grade, which was only a few years ago. And I "hid" them in my desk! Shocking! According to Kamaaina, there's no explanation for this other than my intending to use them to hurt people. Funny, as I only used them to cut paper.
No not even close today the schools security guard would have shot you as soon as you stepped off the bus AND gotten a medal for it from the mayor of the city
as for this story the parents and little girl need to sue each individual cop involed personally each school official involved personally then go after the school district and the city and dont go for the out of court settlement for less money take it to the jury for the full amount
