Quite possible. But that's irrelevant if the liberal teachers, liberal Hollywood, and the liberal media are able to propagandize enough of them.
Economist George Gilder once make your point, or something close to it, in a discussion with Robert Bork. And Bork responded with this: "The left doesn't need children. They have students."
In addition, on further thought, I would also question your factual premise. Conservative *white* women no doubt have more children than liberal *white* women.
But that ignores the high reproduction rates of Hispanic women.
True, Hispanic women have almost as many kids as Mormon women, but Hispanics are still only 12 percent of the population. Point well taken though. I'd like to know the correct numbers, that take into account the following:
The age of the mother at birth. If conservative women give birth at 24 and liberal women at 37, the difference would be huge (~1.5 conservative generations per liberal generation).
One might wildly guess liberal women are having 1.7 children and conservatives 2.8 (~1.64 conservatives per liberal).
The cummulative effect would be 1.5 times 1.64 = 2.46
Of course, these are straw predictions, if you can provide real numbers, I'd like to know. I think this still swamps the 'leftwing schools' problem.
