Can you describe what is meant by a 'spoiled ballot'? And how could there be 'more'? Were there a portion of 'spoiled ballots' that were allowed for counting before?

Just curious of this angle. Thanks.

you sound like you are in the know......I hope you're right...because I wouldn't put it past the Rats to pull this crap off...what with a sitting Rat governor and a RAt legislature.....

If she cheats her way in, I will stand with a "stolen election" sign when ever she nears my area.....
