Rossi up by 66 with two counties to go. Gregoire stole 250 votes in King.

Two counties are yet to report, but I believe they are NOT lib counties.
To: bushisdamanin04
does anyone know when these last 2 counties will report?
To: MikeinIraq; StopDemocratsDotCom
whats the law for automatic recounts in Washington? If the difference is less than 2,000, there's a machine recount. That's what just happened.
I believe either candidate may now request a manual recount. That's almost certain to happen.
(By the way, if you're really in Iraq... thank you.)
There is still one county to report...
No there's not. Kitsap reported unofficial results yesterday. Gregoire gained about 30. Taking that into account, Rossi wins with a margin of 42 votes... a tiny, tiny fraction of one percent.

When will the last two counties come in?
To: StopDemocratsDotCom
Gov's Race Recount: With 38 of 39 counties reporting, including King, Gregoire has now gained 185 votes total. Rossi's lead is now at 76 votes.
Kitsap posts around 2:00, but sources tell KOMO 4 News Kitsap will post a gain of 34 votes, plus or minus 1 vote to Gregoire. That would leave Rossi a final lead of 32 votes.

I think today is the deadline, but I'm not sure of the exact time.
