"Rush saved me from P.E.S.T. during the '90's."

Okay, I'm gonna say, Oh, yeah, of course! when you tell me what that means...but what's it mean?

Thanks Rush. Over the years there's been times when I've been down and you have brought me new perspective. Your common sense and wisdom is God given. God bless you!

Thank you, Rush.

Maybe the Navy can name a ship after him?

Isn't it amazing how he just about always keeps a positive attitude, and never takes his attention away from conservative goals and principles?

Big whopping Dittos to everything that has been said and will be said on this post.

Bumped for later reading. This could get big. I smell a record number of replies.

This thread should go on for days and days.

If we stop and remember the world BR (Before Rush) and then imagine if he'd never showed up...it's chilling to ponder.

I disagree with Rush as often as I agree with him. It doesn't matter. He has been like a lighthouse for the conservatives in our country. With consistency and clarity he's given voice to the thoughts, ideas and beliefs so many of us have.

God Bless Rush.

Love him or otherwise, Rush is a phenomenon, a man for our times, unquestionably. His story is amazing.

It was the new media aspect of 2004 that caused me to advance Rush as the Man of the Year. He was not only a pioneer, but a huge influence every year since he went on the air in Sacremento. Now's the time.

The Claremont Institute also thinks very highly of Rush Limbaugh....

The Winston Churchill Man of the Year award was presented to him last night.

The man is a national treasure,as you and John indicated.

(whatever happened to Jim?)

Rush is the absolute best.

Yes Rush is great. And, there are an awful lot of other very good ones who should be thanked.

I'll thank Jim Quinn in Pittsburgh and his warroom right now! He's superb, even better than Rush, imho.

(He's on the net.......check him out.... warroom.com)

I give huge credit to Rush for what he has done. He gave voice to my thoughts when I was sure no one felt like I did about so many things, life, politics, my country. Thank you Rush Limbaugh from the bottom of my heart.

Rush is a man of ideas. He is the best philosopher / comedian / economist / and lately psychologist that I know! Because his arguments are backed with facts and accepted economic theory (as well as human nature) this has given us conservatives the confidence to debate liberals and the privilege to have that debate shut down when they lose by words such as "racist", "homophobe" ...

A friend told me about Rush and my life has not been the same since. Three hours a day every day he's on. I even plan my day around his program. Having said all that, my one big disappointment with him has been his failure to help save Terri, something I'm sure he'll regret someday. Rush, we do love you, pray for you and trust you will continue doing what you do best, enlighten us!
