Aside from the headline, little else in the article talks about who started it or how race/ethnicity figured into the confrontation. Toward the end of the article is this stand-alone paragraph/link that the reader can click on:

"I’ve read enough. I’m ready to join the fight against illegal immigration."

Am I supposed to break the code and conclude that illegal Mexicans were responsible for the brawl? And then make a financial contribution to this organization?

And you do realize that the "hate crimes" committed by the "Hispanics" will be counted as White hate crimes.
The FBI Hate Crime reporting guidance is clear: Hispanics may be a victim of a hate crime but never commit one.

There was a big 400 MAN brawl at the El Torito restaurant on Tampa Ave. in Northridge about 8 months ago. It spilled over into Tampa Avenue and closed the street. Blacks, whites, Mexicans. And nobody could come up with any particular reason for fighting, according to a cop I know. That's when he called the fire department in to give the whole bunch a "shower".

It was ever thus in LA. Even at Santa Monica High in the '70s, the "Bloods" and "Beaners" were always at one another's throats, though I don't think they used weapons in class. Also, they were very much in the minority and could be controlled.

During the Rodney King riots in the '90s, I heard that Hispanics incited blacks to riot, then took over strategic positions, like major shopping malls, armed and quite dangerous. they did this to make a show of power. The police were so spooked that many left the force soon thereafter.

You'd think we had Sunni and Shi'ite idiots in LA, the animosity runs so high. What to do? No one's found an answer yet. But good-guy blacks and hispanics are doing great, have good jobs, rise to exec positions all over town.

What news sources have to be excerpted exactly? Some of us are still on dial up and when we finally get to a story it's excerpted then we have to wait for the full story to load and most of the time those sources require registration. Is there anything that can be posted in full on Free Republic any more without having to excerpt it? Or is this now a requirement for anything posted on FR?
