In war you take whatever measures that might be necessary to accomplish the enemies defeat. I am so grateful some scumbag terrorist is dead and our boys are still alive. I stand beside our troops, what say you Liberals!!!
Is it possible to forfeit your right to live here if you support the enemy in a time of war? even if its only propaganda?

[The media should include a picture of the disembowelled and limbless body of a blonde woman, possibly Pole Teresa Borcz, who was married to an Iraqi and abducted two weeks ago, that was found in fallujah.]

Hassan Charity Waits for News on Fallujah Body
http://news.scotsman.com/latest.cfm?id=3759565
By David Stringer, PA
Colleagues of kidnapped British aid worker Margaret Hassan said they cannot yet rule out the possibility that a mutilated body of a Western woman found in Fallujah is the captured humanitarian.
US Marines discovered the corpse yesterday as they scoured the battle-scarred town for militants.
Mrs Hassan, 59, director of CARE international in Iraq, was abducted on October 19 and is one of only two Western women being held hostage.
The other, Teresa Borcz Khalifa, 54, a Polish-born resident of Iraq, was seized last month.
Reports claim that the body of the woman had blonde hair, unlike brunette Mrs Hassan.
But CARE international said today that it is waiting for conclusive details from Iraqi authorities about the discovery.
Spokeswoman Jessica Walker said: We havent heard anything as yet and are still trying to establish the facts.
This is a very sensitive issue and we havent heard any more about Margarets status since the release of a video recording earlier this month.
After the recorded message was broadcast, the charity called for the immediate release of Mrs Hassan, who was lived and worked in Iraq for around 30 years.
A Foreign Office spokesman said it has yet to confirm the reports that a body has been discovered.
He said: We take all of these reports seriously and are urgently looking into ascertaining the facts.

WASHINGTON - Rioting prisoners killed CIA officer Johnny "Mike" Spann at Mazar-e-Sharif in northern Afghanistan, the agency said Wednesday. He was the first American killed in action inside the country since U.S. bombing began seven weeks earlier.
Officials recovered his body from a prison compound only after northern alliance rebels backed by U.S. airstrikes and special forces quelled an uprising by Taliban and al-Qaida prisoners.
Spann, 32, leaves a wife, two daughters and an infant son.

Mr. President,
Please exercise your "capital" to pardon the Marine in Fallujah who shot the Iraqi who he thought was faking death in the mosque in Fallujah. There are several mitigating circumstances including:
1. The pace of operations
2. The duration of operations
3. He was wounded in the face by enemy fire the previous day
4. IED's have been rigged to dead bodies
5. Surrender attempts have been used as decoys by terrorist fighters
6. The terrorists hands cannot be seen in the video
7. Our soldiers have to make split-second judgments, and they get it right 99.9% of the time
8. The terrorists murder women (Margaret Hassan) without compunction
9. Beheadings
10. The terrorists are fighting to the death. What should make these Marines think other wise of this terrorist?
Thank you for your support of our troops. Please do not jump on the media bandwagon and condemn this loyal warrior.

Treatment of "Battlefield Detainees" in the War on Terrorism.
At the bottom of page 17...
Some argue there is a third category of unlawful belligerents, comprised of all members of organized groups of irregular fighters that do not meet the criteria to be treated as prisoners of war. These groups typically employ unorthodox guerrilla tactics emphasizing stealth and surprise, and have received somewhat uneven treatment at the hands of states. In some conflicts, irregulars who could not prove their affiliation to an official military were summarily SHOT as franc-tireurs.
Yup, shoot them!!

I like the idea of taking that journalist out on patrol, and then playing "ditch the queer," and let him find his way back on his own. I'm sure the slammies wouldn't hurt one of their own, right? Right??? /evil grin

Please explain whey Kofi should want an investigation when this POS should be investigated himself. Get the US OUT of the UN.

I certainly hope that marines are shooting in a war. There's no possible way to tell if an enemy is armed or unarmed. This marine should get a medal--he did his job. One less slime ball!
Hell! The enemy had booby trapped a dead person ultimately ending up killing one of our marines. Is the UN investigating this? Don't hold your hand on your=======waitng for them to act.

Please read my post again carefully. Visualize the process. Be optimistic :-)

Will the Jihadi who was pretending to be dead, but suddenly sat up when the other one was shot (and offered to be a witness to the "crime"), will he be charged with a war crime for using a Mosque as cover?

Ok BIG question here;
Why is it that the MSM can deem "too graphic" the Daniel Berg murder and not air it...yet it's ok for NBC et. al. to show the footage of the Marine allegedly shooting this alleged unarmed and wounded combatant?

Naw...we should rent 4 of the biggest U-Hauls we can, post a big ass "UN Moving Day" sign and park them in front of the UN building. Then start inviting the inhabitants to come bring their stuff out. :)
