Bush has put pressure on Israel as well. That have been many examples of the administration criticizing Israel and you can recall Bush explicitly telling Israel to end its operation around Arafat's HQ in 2002.

Not necessarily. These Arabs continue their terror and yet the US, by executive order, refuses to place sanctions on the leadership, or move its embassy to Jerusalem.
