What districts have been counted in FL? The Foxies don't seem too enthusiastic to call FL for Bush
Not worth much, but Drudge has Florida shaded pink now.
I don't know if the Orange County website is in error, but it reports that the county only had a 40% turnout. That's hard to believe considering how long the lines were everywhere.
Now a 193,000 vote elad
Yes, and now I feel so dirty. ;-)

Sorry about that, Arpege92, I was running with a wrong crowd there for a minute. ;-)
Bush is pulling away in Duval (expected) and Orange (change from 2000).
"Global monitors" finding faults. Must mean Kerry losing.
It did. The popular vote numbers matter. If Dubya wins big on the popular vote, we won't have to listen to the whining about "mandate" that we did in 2000. They'll find something else to whine about, of course, but I'm sick of the mandate thing.
Check out CNN.com's interactive map:

They break down results down to the county level (nice).
Unfortunately, we're still waiting on big Dem counties like Miami/Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. This thing is far from being in the bag, as far as Florida is concerned.
FLORIDA (Dade) - over 1000 people in Line in HIALEAH still voting...(Election honchos say ...when they are done...they will close)
Here is the kicker....HIALEAH means cubans...which means the group that went 82% to 12% for Bush in 2000.
This is Big. Really big. Has anyone ever seen a politician that wasn't convinced they were going to win?
I hope the Cubans vote for Bush, but I must admit I did not like it when the truck boat was stopped.
"As we should have learned at least from the 2000 election - the proof is in the pudding - WHICH counties/precincts are reporting in thus far? IF it's the normally Bush-leaning areas, then this isn't necessarily good news. If it's from traditionally left-leaning areas - this is GREAT news."
Wrong and Right...if from Bush areas but with LARGER margins and numbers, it is HUGE news
At 7:51 I told you Bush won this election. As soon as the Dems started talking about "provisional" ballots, I knew we had won.
<NRO (for what THEY are worth tonight) says that insiders say that FL will end up a 1% Bush victory. Well, that's about .99% better than in 2000!
Now way they can predict that with the turnout numbers coming in.
Thanks to you and Arpege for injecting a little humor in this situation. Most of us could use a laugh or two after the rigors of the campaign.
I think Gore still is convinced he will win on the next recount.

Volusia is starting to come in. How'd Bush do there in 2000?
Ahhh, the truck boat. I thought that was one of the best cases for handing out instant citizenship I've ever seen. They should be able to award citizenship based on ingenuity and cojones alone. Bring those guys here and give them a TV show.
