Doug, I thought you were a Californian?
ditto. Go Rossi.
What's the deal? Partisan poll workers outside our precinct in Everett. Quiet little church, but the gal opening the door wasn't one of the regulars. The goon that was there when I left was only there for a while and the lady stayed. Neither went inside. I have been voting here for 20 years and this was weird.
Volume of voting was like the late 80s but still only 80% of that. Nice to stand in line for once.
bump
I LOVE THIS RAIN! Maybe it will keep the liberal faithful home.
Cloudy and rainy throughout the Evergreen state today.

Maybe if the liberals in tennis shoes stay home, Nethercutt can shock the world again. Rossi (for Gov.) and McKenna (for Att. Gen.) have the best chances. Bush is still a longshot as is Nethercutt, but both have been closing on left-wing nuts Kerry and Murray.
GET OUT AND VOTE GOP!!!!!
I hope the rain slows a little, I had planned to walk over to my polling place early this morning, I hate to start the car to go 3/4 of a mile and back.
Was smooth going today at Lowell Elementary in Everett.
This county is safely locked up for Dems, so I don't expect much of a surprise.
I think Rossi will pull it out. Enough people are pissed that the Dems let Boeing leave. Nethercutt, I just don't know if he will be able to get enough nutjobs to come to their senses.
I just joined FR--I have been a lurker for a while, but I wanted to be a member for the Bush victory! I will be voting later today and will share my experience.
Welcome. Get your vote out no matter who wins.
Voted by absentee a couple of weeks ago. On my way to work saw 5-6 Bush supporters standing at the intersection of 15th Avenue NW and Market Street waving Bush/Cheney signs. This is a very busy intersection in Seattle.
They were receiving a good number of horn honks! Very encouraging!
I am. I put up a thread for all the states but two. (Someone alread did California and changed to this format; someone followed the format and did Virginia.) We now have an easy way to check on every state.
Already voted. Have voted in the same precinct for 15 years, and this is the first time there has been a line at all. Judging by all the sKerry/Edwards signs in the neighborhood, this may not bode well for President Bush
in my area.
