Wow, that's a *very* interesting link. VVAW's on there along with many other of the usual suspects and some of Kerry's financiers--for instance I noticed Harvard and a lot of groups linked to MoveOn.org. It looks like the network may have emerged from Grossman's SANE group in Massachusetts.

Peace and Security Funders Group is a project of the Ploughshares Fund, Inc.

I've seen Ploughshares come up before--in relation to the antiwar religious left, if I remember right.

I'm finding Ploughshares in my file on the Berrigans--Phillip Berrigan cofounded them. They were active in campaigning against sanctions on Iraq more recently.

I'm sure most who vote for him have no idea of much of what we're discussing here, thanks to the media's covering for him.

Well lets pray that we can get Bush in for another term or things will get pretty interesting I am afraid. But then again if Kerry doesn't win I am fairly sure it will get pretty interesting. I don't think with all that is at stake for Socialists here right now that they are just going to watch and wait while we take apart what they took 35 years to build here.

Hey shuggg---

Can you post links to all of the parts of the series to me, and also put the title of the series in the keywords so I can get it all under one URL? Need to give the info to my brother.

They'll keep pursuing their goals, no doubt. 2006 will be another big fight for Congress.

what a great write-up. keep it handy.

When Kerry did such a lousy job looking into the MIAs, we know his cousin made out big time with contracts, but wasn't B & E Cameron also involved with that?

I just reviewed my files, and didn't notice anything I found directly linking Cameron or his law firm to that. Of course that does not rule out an indirect link. I do remember the part about Kerry's cousin. Here's what I came up with on that when I was writing the previous article in the series:

Part 4: Subversion in the Senate: Kerry's Communist Constituency

Meanwhile as Kerry's committee was finalizing its report in late 1992, in anticipation of normalization of US-Vietnamese relations, a $905 million port development deal was signed between Vietnam and a Boston-based company which had been awarded a contract to be the exclusive real estate agent representing Vietnam, Colliers International. Colliers International was headed by former Boston Redevelopment Authority executive C. Stewart Forbes, cousin of John Forbes Kerry. A Colliers partner, Spauding and Slye Colliers, donated $100,000 to pay for holding the 2004 Democratic National Convention in Kerry's hometown of Boston.43
