" Fifth scotch, a fifth of scotch? OK I give, what's the difference? The two are the same to me!"

You must use a large glass! (A "fifth" is a 750ml bottle, or 4/5 of a quart)

I can't stand yappy, little dogs.
I love shushi.
My wife and I have dabbled in the "swinging" lifestyle.

Oh wait! That last one I didn't meant to type out loud!

Yeah...We had Herb Albert's Whipped Cream and Other Delights album...they didn't have sex ed back then in elementary schools so we used to buy stuff like that in hopes of figuring it all out, lol. The covers could have been in Playboy.

That relieved allot of stress!

Maybe so, but your right-hand ring finger seems to have a twitch.

Herb Albert's Whipped Cream and Other Delights album

We had that one when I was growing up, too. Pretty racy for it's time (great music, though).

I think Vice President Cheney is extremely attractive.

The Backstreet Boys have a LOT of great songs, and I had tickets to a concert that was cancelled because A.J. went to rehab.

John Denver was a great guitarist.

I have tried to like country music, but, still don't.

I voted for Clintoon in the first election.

I used to think the President of the United States lived in the STATE of Washington.

I adopted a whale in college and performed in anti-Republican plays as a child.

I haven't been able to housebreak the puppy so I'm ripping out the carpet and putting in laminate flooring.

Me either. But I can't afford new flooring, yet.

"What can I tell you, I was 17 at the time, growing up in NYC...........but I already knew I was a Republican. Being in a mock presidential debate in 1976 and portraying Gerald Ford showed me how insidious the dims were. But I still hadn't learned to see it in the media.

A couple of years in radio news disabused me of that mindset."

I'm part of the Reagan Generation. I think we're all idealistic and easily disappointed when people don't live up to our high expectaions. When I started college I believed that most journalists did their best to be fair and accurate. I changed my major (to Business) when I found out the college classes were teaching us "future journalists" to be anything but fair and accurate. At the time I thought it was just that one professor. Now I know differently.

I wonder if Dan Rather has any idea how many people he inspired and then disappointed? I wonder if he cares?

I confess that I'm not actually a Republican Party Reptile (RPR), just a happily married guy with a baby on the way
Well, big time congrats to you, Kev!  Welcome to the parent club.  Do know that being happily married father doesn't exclude one from membership in the RPR.  In fact, some would say happily married parenthood makes the occasional reptilian activity mandatory.
