I like a lot of ideas--I can play at wishful thinking just like anyone. But a lot of these initiatives are a matter of "vanity politics"--polls who want to play at being visionaries generally just end up marginalizing their constituencies.
Interesting how they emerge in a solid Repub state. Sort of "stealth libertarianism."
