This reviewer must offer congratulations to Janeane Garofolo for her excellent performance in “Team America”. Since changing her appearance as a puppet, she has become much more expressive - more life like you could say! Her acting skills have improved greatly as a puppet. Her funniest line is when she finally expressed some truth about her and her ilk. “We must read the newspapers and then go on tv shows and pass on this information as if we wrote it ourselves” - (paraphrasing). Oh and when she and Tim Robbins bought it - that brought down the house!!!! People were laughing themselves silly because whether you are left or right - people recognize these weasels as the unamerican freaks they are! They had their say and now Mat and Trey are having theirs.
They can complain all they want, but freedom of speach goes both ways! Instead of complaining and whining about it - they might want to go ahead and sue Mat and Trey. I hear John Edwards will be available to file a class action lawsuit on your behalf - but beware - he tends to hold at least 30% of the take so it's best to aim high with the damage amount. Plus he could use a fourth house - he’s tired of competing with John and Theresa Ketchup!

It's truly a great flick!
I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes laughing so hard that I was in tears at times. This movie is completely packed with adolescent, crude humor (which I myself am not bothered by), so children probably shouldn't see it. It will however make quite an impression in the 18-25 block.
You talked me into it. I'll check it out tomorrow night. I heard that it is unsuitable for children for anyone else interested.

Sorry, while I applaud any public skewering of the Hollywood anti-Americans, I cannot bring myself to support a film that takes a serious topic such as the war on terror and makes it the backdrop for a comedy...
We have troops on the ground, fighting the forces of evil...I don't find that to be very funny.

I haven't heard of ANYONE saying this is something a kid should see. For open minded conservative adults (don't take grandma), it is quite a sinful joy to behold.
