He REFUSED to speak out in her support, when he could have saved her life. Total BS. Christopher Reeve could not have saved Teri's life. Besides, he had his hands full with his own battle. If you want someone to blame for Teri's plight, blame Michael. You might be obsessed with Teri but the rest of the world doesn't revolve around her.

If they really cared about research, and thought it showed promise, they and their ultra rich admirers would FUND the stupid embryonic research themselves! They have all the money in this country! They make astronomical amounts of money, yet they want the person who works at the 7-11 to have money taken out of his check, to support an immoral act. Bears repeating. These people need to put their money where their mouth is, not expect the government to do everything. Instead, their money goes to fund liberal political candidates. Setting up a foundation and funding it privately may be the better, and probably faster, way to go considering the government takes decades to get anything accomplished.
