You know I checked out the Ft. Leavenworth PX (Army post exchange) and did not see one on the shelves. I will have to ask beloved while he is at Bragg whether they are on the shelves at the Special Foreces post.
If anyone else lives near a post, please check it out to see if it is on their shelves.
While, I cannot verify overseas I can see how it is sold over there. So little entertainment that the military gets first run movies for a cut rate .. so putting this in the PX may have happened.
Sign if only the knew what that film represented. Soldiers cannot make a public stand but they can not buy it.

They're probably using Moore's film for target practice.

Depending on how I feel this week (bronchitis *hack cough*) I'll have to swing by Oceana and Norfolk to see if it's on the shelves.

I have no problem with this. These people are on the front lines of the fight of our era, and they want ALL points of view, so they can compare it with their own experience. And maybe some of them are liberals--they're still Americans.
We have the advantage of being on the right side of the debate. So I am not afraid of people seeing all sides.

Critics expected it to fair well at the Academy Awards I suppose writing and understanding the language are dead arts.

The purchasers all probably all NAF and DODDS civilians. Some of the GS types from the DOD schools and recreation outlets make Michael Moore look like a Goldwater republican.

Bingo. It bothers me when people like Giuliani criticize the film having never seen it, and worse, they are proud that they've never seen it. Nobody should be afraid of information - and the answer to misinformation is more information, not burying your head in the sand.

As a military veteran of 2 wars, I hope the naive GI's buying this piece of RAT dung are never brought for an international criminal court if stupidity and evil win and Kerry gets elected.

Nobody should be afraid of information.True. Absolutely no need to fear exposure to information while viewing Moore's piece.

Good, you beat me to it. Doesn't anybody who actually knows the language proofread these things before they go out anymore?

Does this movie actually have information? Or just propaganda with little or no basis in fact? There is a difference.
