Yah, sigh. This is so damn typical. Kerry gets a "bounce" but Bush has a lead and it's "neck and neck."

I'll tell you what is significant: although I don't place much stock in Rasmussen, now we have ABC, Ras, and one other (Pew?) putting Bush at the magic 50% mark. Kerry, no matter what he does, can't seem to get above 45%. I know this says 46, but I don't believe it. I think the election is over (as I have for weeks) with Bush getting a min. of 320 EVs and as many as 350, barring an incredible "October surprise." And we're running out of October.
