The first thought that came to my mind, is that for some teens, good role models at a critical point make all the difference. We should all remember that, when we have a chance to make a difference. Kudos to the troops who kept the faith.

Seeing the Good: An Iraqi teen known as Steve-O and 1st Sgt. Daniel Hendrex walk arm-in-arm as they leave Hendrex's office at Fort Carson, Colo.
I highly recommend reading the entire story.

I just let my son (he's 10) read this story. He said he wants to give some of his allowance. Is there anywhere to send money?

What a sad story. How could a child be motivated to turn in his own parents when our own countrymen sell their souls to the devil that they may be elected?

Great post! I remember reading about this young fellow in the Wall Street Journal. I'm glad they were able to get him out.
