Someone needs to tell Carter to keep his anti-Americanism to himself.

Like anyone with serious values is going to listen to what the absolute worst President in our history has to say. This man is a walking calamity. He is also responsible for Ted Koppel and "day 445 of the Iranian Hostage Crisis".... "What's that you say? The hostages were released? President Reagan was inaugurated today? Oh that's right."

State officials also said the former president made no attempt to get up-to-date information before writing an opinion piece and never tried to contact the governor's office or that of Secretary of State Glenda Hood.
"This is the same type of failure to get information before speaking, lack of logic and failure to consult experts that led to the Carter Administration's ludicrous failure to rescue the American hostages at the hands of Islamic terrorists called "students" in 1980," thought Governor Bush, but he chose not to speak his thoughts.

HILLARY RIPS BUSH: WARNS OF 'IRREPARABLE HARM' TO NATION
Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton blasts President Bush and his "radical" administration on Saturday for attempting to dismantle the "central pillars of progress in our country during the 20th century."
Clinton makes the comments to Saturday editions of the HOUSTON CHRONICLE, sources tell DRUDGE.
The former first lady says she has become convinced the Republican administration wants "to undo the New Deal," the Roosevelt-era policies that ushered in Social Security and a host of other governmental assistance programs.
She said that Bush, who campaigned as a "compassionate conservative" in 2000, had taken a "hard-right turn to pursue an extremist agenda" after moving into the White House.
"I don't know where it came from, but the fact is that this President Bush has not only been radical and extreme in terms of Democratic presidents but in terms of Republican presidents, including his own father," she says.
She believes Bush is beatable next year because his administration is "making America less free, fair, strong, smart than it deserves to be in a dangerous world."
"We have to change direction before irreparable harm is done," she adds.
"This administration is in danger of being the first in American history to leave our nation worse off than when they found it."

The saying "There's no fool, like an old fool" certainly applies here. Of course Carter was a fool when he was younger too.

Jimmy is trying desperately to counter the widely held belief that he was, in fact, the worst president of the 20th century.

I still remember Jimmy Carter's small car for the President, temperature regulations (78 for summer and 68 for winter) for American business's, long gas lines, and unAmerican attitude.
I also remember BILLY BEER. One of my brothers still has a full 6-pack. Horrible stuff!

Florida Gov. Jeb Bush's office yesterday said charges by former President Jimmy Carter that the state is "likely" to have a repetition of the voting problems that plagued the 2000 election are politically motivated by Democrats intent on undermining voter confidence in the state. Isn't this Carter's goal? He certainly undermined the nation's confidence in just about everything while he was in office. His big bad peace legacy barely hung on 'til he left office. How such a miserable president ends up even slightly highly regarded is beyond me.
This "meltdown" by the left is really beginning to get amusing.
