I have disliked O'Reilly for a long time but I still take pleasure in his regular confirmations of my opinion. I wish the right would abandon him and let him sink.

Goodbye O'Loud Mouth, it was nice knowing you. Michael Savage called you out from the get-go. Now you can stop attacking him and the other "right-wingers" on radio and return back to your hole at Inside Edition.

I figure Hannity is the only conservative on Fox during prime-time 7-10 central, the rest are not.

"He shouldn't be a disappointment if you've watched him. I think he's angling for "respectability" among the media elite. He wants to be considered one of the big boys and that means adopting the liberal mindset. i gave up on him some time ago."

Orielly whom I find repugnant and repulsive has the same arrogant "i am god" persona as JFKerry. Now that orielly has his bank vault filled I expect he will be more at liberty to expose exactly what path he plans to take his crusade. (crusade is his word)

I can barely stand to watch O'Reilly. I wish that some other network would lure him away from FOX. It would be great to see Hannity and Colmes moved into Bill's slot and for FOX to pick up Dennis Miller. The Miller show has potential, but Dennis badly needs better writers and producers than the shoestring budget at CNBC provides.

The only time I've caught O'Reilly's show he was spouting off about how people shouldn't own SUVs and promoting the idea that he is "looking out for you" (little people who need his guidance). Typical liberal BS.

The only difference between O'Reilly and the rest of MSM is that he is openly opinionated whilst the newsreaders try to appear balenced.

For some time, I have determined that O'Reilly serves no one but himself. Anything he does, everything he says is for the advancement of his career.

He might have some interesting comments from time to time, but I would trust him as a source of information any more than I would trust Rather, Jennings, or Browkaw.

Big disappointment

Not to me it wasn't. I always knew that O'Loud Mouth was somewhat of a Rockefeller, big-time drug war supporter, gun-control, use gov't to rein in things he doesn't like, etc. I knew that sooner or later O'Reilly was going to come out of the closet. He's nothing but a circus barker, a Chris Berman doing the news.

To me, he proves the point that you can do a balanced job of allowing an opposing point of view to be fairly represented and heard, no matter what your own point of view is. You have to set that standard of fairness as your professional ethic and hold to it with integrity.

Thank goodness for talk-radio and the internet.I soured on most of Fox long ago.I tape Brit Hume's news program and only watch his portion with the three member panel if it is not loaded with too many liberals.

He's auditioning for Dan Rather's job.(he only looks out for himself, Fox was just a stepping stone to the MSM).

If so, he may find himself like many who devote all their efforts to climbing the ladder of success, only to discover when they get to the top that their ladder was leaning against the wrong wall.

Kind of like being hired as the last CEO of a carburetor manufacturer just before all the new vehicle manufacturers shift to fuel injection.

I've known (Democratic presidential nominee John) Kerry for 25 years. He's a patriot. I'm listening to what he has to say," O'Reilly says.

Too bad we won't be listening to what he has to say anymore!

He says he is pro-gun control, anti-death penalty, for civil unions and for gay adoption, (as a last resort instead of state custody). And he won't necessarily vote for President Bush in November.

Umm... that's never been a secret.

Well if O'Reilly votes for Kerry in November, I wonder how well he'll sleep at night knowing that this "patriot" is protecting HIS family from the terrorists. I hope he won't sleep a wink because I know I won't.

O'Reilly is an *ss-kisser and it doesn't matter whose *ss it is, as long as it furthers his personal ambitions. Hey, guess that's another thing he has in common with Kerry.
