6 April 1991 Iraq agreed to a formal cease-fire.
11 April 1991 The UN Security Council declared the Persian Gulf War formally over. As part of the cease-fire agreement, Iraq was supposed to destroy all of its biological and chemical weapons and the facilities to produce those weapons.

So, did Kerry stay in Kuwait for three weeks????

He was NOT there on April 6th, 1991, which is when the cease fire was signed.

He said he was.

AHHH. And this statement conveyed to Saddam that he had "free rein" to wipe out the Shia resistance in the south.

Exactly. Once again aiding and abetting the enemy.

He's been allowed to get by with his lies for so long, that there have been little if any consequences to lying.....Note to Kerry...."Since AL G invented the internet you will no longer be able to get by with fabricated stories."

He went on the 16th of March, 1991.

The cease fire was signed April 6, 1991; there is no way he could have been there.

Kerry has a big habit of stretching the truth

From what I can tell .. He was in Kuwait/Iraq .. but he was not there for the signing

Need to fix your sentence... "Oh. waiter! Please bring some more Chardonnay for those like me who served in Vietnam."

Otherwise it doesn't highlight his career over there.

The initial cease fire was signed March 3, 1991.

Kerry clearly embellished his record. The famous meeting with Swartzkof in the tent with the Iraqi generals happened on March 3, 1991. Kerry did not arrive in Safwan until March 17.

It took FRs investigative team about four hours, and a couple dollars, to get to the bottom of this. Another case of Kerry almost being there.
