The liberals got B*tch slapped by one of their own and they don't like it.
Zel Miller is one of the most honorable politicians ever and was RIGHT ON about J. F'n Kerry.

Chris Matthews is a rude, crude and very nasty journalist who used to work for Tip O'Neill when that equally nasty Boston Democrat was Speaker of the House. I used to watch Matthews on McLaughlin Group before he got "Hardball" in the late nineties, and he wasn't nearly as nasty as he is now. Matthews needs to be taken out to the woodshed and get whooped up side the head!

My daughter and I watched the Miller-Matthews Battle. It was breathtaking, hilarious, and much needed. Zell whipped the Chrissy out of Matthews, let me tell you.
It seems to me that Americans who care about America are standing up to Americans who care about Appeasement. It's about damned time!

"SPITBALL with CHRIS MATHEWS"
To: kattracks
I saw this last night after the convention speech of Cheney and Zell was right on top of Chris. Serves Chris right for being sooo obnoxious to his guests. Everytime he asks someone a question he jumps in before they can even open their mouth to answer him. And then he jumps to the next question before they can even answer the first. He tries to make them look stupid. He's rude and never lets anyone get a word in edgewise unless he is totally enamoured by them.

I want a link to a video clip of this entire episode. It was some of the greatest TV in history.
Do you know what a metaphor is?
Classic!

I saw this "interview." I hope the video gets posted in its entirety somewhere soon. I'm sure we won't see PMSNBC roll it again. It has got be be embarrassing for them to have one of their best and brightest sliced and diced in such a manner. Zell reduced Matthews almost to tears. I've never seen anything like it. 18 minute gap will likely take on a whole new meaning for PMSNBC.

I hope they pick epees...that's the weapon I fenced in college and I could teach Zell enough in 10 minutes so he could administer the coup d' grace swiftly.

Whoever gives Matthews caffienated coffee should be taken out behind the woodshed and shot.
This excerpt actually goes on for a little while longer, and Miller is finally able to get a word in edgewise. But, once again, Matthews perpetuates the myth that Michelle Malkin suggested that Kerry shot himself on purpose to get a purple heart. This really drives me nuts. She said they were "self-inflicted wounds" and nothing in that phrase implies that they were purposely self-inflicted wounds. Chrissy just doesn't understand the difference and it's making me crazy.

I loved that Chrissy's felling commentators could be heard hooting with laughter.
Zell Miller came across as rightously angry, honest, authentic and the grandfather everyone would die to have. He is a marvelous man,,,of the genre of Ronald Reagan, John Wayne. I love him.

they replayed part of it on Imus. Miller was on Imus and was wonderful. He said he might go on chrissy's show but his wife wouldn't let him. He is just marvelous. And mark my words, Imus is a pubbie.

Oh, one more thing . . . I thought the Chris Matthews thing was nearly better than the speech, and that's saying a lot. Can't wait for the duel!
