Ping. You gotta see this garbage....

I almost upchucked reading about the idyllic life they lived after we pulled out. No mention of those who were bludgeoned or otherwise tormented.Me too. Our MSM has a very long and very disgraceful history of glorifying communist rulers, while minimizing their horrors. This writer is just one more in a long and shameful line.

Maybe it isn't supposed to "help" Kerry. Maybe this story has Hillary's stamp of approval. That would make more sense

"have been challenged in a series of television ads aired by the group Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. They claim he did not come under heavy enemy fire as his medal citations state. But other veterans of the ``brown water navy'' who witnessed the fighting, along with Navy documents from that time, have backed Kerry's version of events.
So, now we see what the democrat media allies have decided their "standard faux fax phrases" and soundbites are going to be: "Official records" (written according to Kerry and by Kerry (in most cases) are acceptable (unless they show Bush served honorably and completely!) and "other vet's" (never mentioning that these "other vets" also are democrats inside Kerry's campaign) are the ONLY "true" sources.
Anybody who says anything else is engaged "in a right-wing, replublican-funded, mean and nasty smear campaign organized inside the White House and directed by Carl Rowe."

I agree. The propaganda in this article is unusually clumsy. One can almost imagine that this article is a joke, or a devious hit piece on Kerry.

Never carry a Sten in the woods. The bad guys see your magazine before you see them.
I guess it's like crawling on your belly in the woods with a double barreled shotgun looking for deer . . . . :-D

"
Although Sinh had never heard of Kerry, he has a strong opinion about the debate surrounding the candidate's Vietnam War record as a U.S. Navy Swift boat commander: Kerry must have had guts to troll the Mekong Delta's spider web of rivers and narrow canals knowing that Viet Cong like himself were waiting to pick him off." ``Kerry served in Vietnam and he was awarded the medal for his bravery,'' Sinh said. ``He deserves the medal.''
Well there you go ... if a Commie says it, then it must be true! /sarcasm
After all doesn't he have the endorsement of General Vo Nguyen Giap, Hanoi Jane and the rest of the Red Horde?

So, Kerry is endorsed by a communist VC soldier.
That should put another nail in his coffin.
To: 68skylark; Hi Heels

Maybe, Kerry is campaigning and running for public office in the WRONG COUNTRY. GO BACK TO VIETNAM, chum.

"Has anybody else noticed that it is America's enemies...i.e. Communists, despots, terror supporting groups, etc. that come out in defense of Kerry "
I wonder if this VC that they found was provided by Dan Blather? Or maybe Mark Halperin?
Ted Koppel was his same old biased self. It is interesting that on the e-mail page for ABC, the logo includes the words, "We're Listening."
Clearly Teddy was hearing (detecting the sound) what John O'Neil was saying, but HE SURE WASN'T LISTENING (generating a cerebral response)!
Not a very fair and balanced presentation ----oops, wrong network!
