Cripes, the video clearly shows a sucker punch. The guy who was hit had signs in both hands.

Unfortunately, I think that this is just a tiny taste of the kinds of tactics that sKerry's supporters will be using in New York next week. I have a couple of friends that will be there trying to photograph the outside events. I simply told them to be very careful, travel light, and be ready to move quickly.

The other ridiculous comment she made was "two men got into a scuffle" implying that both were involved when it was the Kerry thug who did it. She also went on to say that "one man was arrested on misdemeanor charges for that scuffle" without making it clear that the Jacque Strap was the one arrested.
You should have seen the DUers all supporting this, claiming the Bush supporter 'got what he deserved.' Wuss-boys, the whole lot of them. Just like Franken, muslims, etc., they see blind-siding a person as heroic.
