Clearly, this is a move by the Feds to get Hage out of the court of claims, where he is winning, and back in the regular courts where we almost always lose. If Hage doesn't remove the cattle, the Forest Service will impound and remove them, impose a fine or charge for the removal, and then place a lien on his private property for the amount of the fine. This is exactly what they've recently done to Kit Laney.
