We do not need a junior grade as president.
Lt Junior Grade Kohn (or Kerry) never made it to Full Lieutenant.
Lt. Junior Grade Governor Kohn never made it to Governor.
Lt. Junior Grade Senator never made it to Senior Senator from Mass.
We don't need a Commander=in-chief wannabe who as a Commander in Chief would come to the podium and say Lt. Junior Grade President reporting for duty.
A Commander in Chief doesn't salute (with a wimp writst like Kerry) and report in for duty....(to whom, Jacques Chirac?)
The CIC is most senior and everyone else INITIATES salutes to him. A CIC shows up (committees votes, etc.) doesn't "report for duty".
Who the hell is he reporting to: Kofi Anan of the United Nations?
