First off, I’d like to say that you’ve obviously put a lot time and energy into this topic. It’s refreshing for someone to come up with some concrete reasons for these feelings that are not so muddled with mis-information. I’d just like to add my 2 cents about the topic:
A: You are right, often homosexuals are funny! What’s not to laugh about these people? I mean, they’re doing each other in the butt! I think about Gays doing it all the time and it always makes me smile.
B: I often have wondered if laughter equals hate when it comes to people living the “alternate lifestyle.” My friend went up to one at a bar and called him a “stool-pusher.” I never laughed so hard in my life. But then later on I thought to myself, “does that mean I’m a homophobe?” But NO IT DOESN’T because I remembered when my cousin decided to turn into one, I told him that is was okay, that I still thought of him as my cousin even if he is some kind pillow biting freak.
C. Speaking of laughter, that was funny how you talked about them wearing g-strings and leather and stuff. How are you not supposed to laugh at someone that wears that out in public? You made a good point here too, these people better learn how to dress better if they ever expect to earn heterosexual respect.
D: $300 for a scarf? What the? I don’t even understand what they were planning to do with it…autoerotic-asphyxiation? It sounds like they’re planning to have sex with an automobile and THAT AINT RIGHT. It’s not natural. I better not catch any of them next to my pickup.
5. I like you, say NO to gay marriage. I’ve been asked several times. But I’m open to the idea of civil unions.
6. The AIDS part of your other wise completely amazing write up on gay issues was the only thing I disagreed with. Why do you think AIDS came from Ronald Reagan? Everyone knows they came from monkeys in the south eastern part of Africa.
assume when you talk about sins, you mean the things that people do that God says is wrong. Hate of course is wrong, but now, I understand you don’t hate the sinner, just the sins of the sinner, which is a great idea. Because now, you can hate without worrying about all the backlash of hating “a person.” With your philosophy, I’ve come up with a few of my own. For example, I don’t hate blacks, I just hate melanin (that’s the chemical that makes your skin turn dark when you tan or in the skin of black people).
I don’t hate women, I just hate the fact they don’t have a big old penis like me (just kidding LOL!) Actually mine isn’t big at all, but I’m okay with it.
I don’t hate retarded kids; I just hate the procedures that let them live! I’ve got more, but I forget to write them down. Either way, that’s why I come to this site, always something to learn, plus nobody here is going to judge me…HAHA.
I do think that gay activists push their agenda way too much. Nobody wants gay rights shoved down their throats (pun intended!).
