Ironic isn't it? In an effort to point out the healthy(?) aspects of their menu, they slam Americans than sidle up to Moore, the most overweight propagandist in Hollywood.

While I agree that SUBWAY corporate needs some pressure, the Subways in
my area are franchises.
The owners are part of our community. They donate free food to special events. Their kids play sports with my kids. Many of them are middle eastern Christians. Letters to my local paper would hurt them and their families.
Bugging corporate offices is a good idea, though.

McDonald's likes to threaten the little guy for using anything similar to their logo, etc. Now we shall find out if they have the guts to go after another large outfit. ![](http://mywebpage.netscape.com/struwwelpter/maccoffee3.jpg)
I wonder why they never pick up on these guys. It's an Indonesian company that sells all over Russia and Ukraine. Not bad coffee for instant.

"Amis" is the main slang, but since it means "friends" in French I suppose no one minds.
Now when they make it "Scheissamis", then I'm upset.
