Please add me to this new thread ping list thanks.
Isn't his brother a lawyer not a doctor. just thought I read that. I don't think this family asked too many questions about anything. seems strange to me.
LOL. I know nothing to laugh about, but the way you put it is funny.
I came up with a very similar theory, and I think that if he did it, then he must have been planning quite far in advance. When he told everyone that he had been accepted into med school (around April of this year -- whenever letters of acceptance are sent?) he must have already devised distraction/reason/event that would give him a future excuse for not enrolling in his "classes." But if he planned it that far in advance (~4 months?) wouldn't he have created a better alibi?
And another thing, can't you imagine his wife's outrage upon finding out from the med school about the deception. Think about it: she had quit her job for this move, and no doubt became pregnant thinking that her and her baby's future would be financially secure because her husband would be a doctor. I wonder if he created some kind of fake acceptance letter to show her. It's all so sad.
Men can be real devils...I had a very smart intelligent boyfriend who was liked by everyone in business and on the outside world.
He showed me his divorce papers signed and sealed and done thru My Attorney(that is another story). But when a women came to my door and said she was his wife and not divorced, or even given divorce papers I was floored. We had a long talk. Well, it turned out ok for me and probably saved me days of heart break. As the years went on, he was still friendly with my x in-laws (was their insurance agent) so I knew his whereabouts always. Are you ready for this: He became a full pledged PRIEST. When I learned he was in St. Patricks In NY, I called there..sure enough he got on the phone. Being he had a great sense of humor..I asked, What are you doing there??? His cute remark was, " You know Poo Poo floats to the top" my child.
So don't think Mark can be any different...
By the way after we broke up, he ran off to Las Vegas with the Insurance premiums of his clients. You know what, no charges were filed, the clients all liked him. All was forgiven so off he went to Vegas, played the piano and that flopped for him...guess he took the easiest way out. Didn't he!
By the way, this is no made up story. Who could think up a story like this. I forgot to add, we were engaged also, and I had the biggest diamond I every had. At least 3 carets.
