OK! You win. It's a great movie. At least the pipers in it can do justice to "The Black Bear".

Maybe you looked at this movie from a bagpiping perspective. From a dramatic perspective it was INCREDIBLE. You just don't get those types of performances nowadays. BTW, a big viewing of Tunes of Glory would probably do more than anything else to save those Scottish regiments. Especially the speech by the John Mills character about how much that regiment meant to him.
