All I see are two lilly-white Johns. It's time for black and hispanic conservatives to realize that they are being USED by the Democrats.

Make it a Senator Lite, please.
heh

He's a good speaker. Unfortunately, he knows nothing and has no program to speak about. He adds levitas to the ticket as a poster said earlier. If he were to apply his speaking talent to establishing private property rights in outer space and to eliminating public access easements, I would vote for him. But he won't.

Might as well add that to the tagline.

I heard this on ABC news on the car radio. What a feeble attempt to gin up excitement! They actually referred to Edwards as the "Senior Senator from North Carolina."

Edwards sure is an empty suit.
What significant jobs other than that of a politician has Kerry held? I heard he was briefly in Vietnam.

It ain't botox.
Lurch keeps him around for feeding - he needs a fresh supply of blood to maintain his faux-youthful appearance.

Yeah. Contrast to Quayle who has a lot of good ideas and got some things through Congress, but lacks some verbal talents.

No problem. President Edwards would just sue the crap out of Al Queda if they ever attacked again.

I just wonder how they will manage to portray Dub and Cheney as the rich guys.
I'm guessing Dub is worth around 15-20 million and Cheney at 30-40 million.....both have done very well for themselves but:
I have read Edward's wealth is north of 50 million (and all from trial lawyer raidings) and of course Lurch "shares" in a one billion dollar fortune he "impaled" his way into from a lady who earned it through insemination.
LOL.....I have no doubt they will somehow be able to portray themselves as paupers with the media's help but it will take some creativity.
Edwards is probably polishing his I Was Born A Poor Black Child On Tobacco Road speech.

John Kerry had to pick a runningmate that wouldn't over shadow himself. In steps John Edwards. Kerry couldn't pick the best man for the VP job on the left, Dick Gephardt. Gephardt would have been too much for Kerry to handle.

I think a Cheney-Edwards debate will be quite interesting.... Cheney will simply destroy Cute Boy. He held back somewhat on Leberman, because it would have looked like he was picking on a handicapped person, but that will not be the case with Edwards.

Edwards is spending his midnight oil searching frantically for Cheney weaknesses and being briefed overtime on how to make Cheney look bad.

Turnabout would be fair play at a VP debate:
Cheney: "Senator, I know Dan Quayle, I am a good friend of Dan Quayle, and Mr. Edwards, you're NO Dan Quayle!"
