This is the funniest thing I've read in a long time. Svend has been around for a long time (he represents the riding next door) and he's just scum.

Make sure that some one asks him, on the record and under oath, whether he has ever done this, stolen something, before! These tinkerbells get very stickey fingered when confronted with bright, shiney baubles, especially ones that would go with those red shoes and purse.
