I don't know about California, but the unions here in NYC and PA are impossible to deal with. Actually I see the issue of outsourcing connected with hiring illegal alien labor. Too much government regs. BTW, illegals aren't paid that much less in construction. Now home health aides I know about because my mother got replaced by a FIVE dollar an hour illegal alien, and that person is getting a check with means after taxes it's like FOUR dollars. Four dollars to care for someone's ageing parent. Sheesh.
