Of all the negative facets to Kerry, there is one that to me is most dangerous of all and is not often mentioned.
In the past, Kerry has described himself as being an "internationalist". To some this may be of little concern, to many, internationalist means an end of sovereignty for this country.

I hope that you are right. However, since Clinton the Dems have lost both houses and many state houses throughout. Dems are stupid when it comes to their ego. They actually think that the majority of Americans are with them. If that were true, why are they fighting such a dirty fight to regain it?

"And how is that a president of the USA, supposedly the head of the law in America, felt perjury was of little importance?"Because he knew that--for him--it was of little importance, that its consequences would be negligible inasmuch as his fellow "Liberals", including those that dominate the newsmedia, academia, and the Democrat Party, would stop at nothing to advance their agenda.
He was right.
They said repeatedly that perjury is of no consequence. Many people believed them. Many agreed with them.
What they meant, of course, is that perjury is of no consequence if it helps advance the "Liberal" agenda. In fact, nothing--no crime, no immorality, no injustice--is of any consequence, if it does.
To "Liberals", fulfilling the "Liberal" agenda is of such overriding importance, that it justifies anything.
This is basic to jihad.

You are a Beast. Can't you see how compassionate these people are? :) Sarcasm intent for your amusement.
You're exactly right. But they wouldn't know how to defend a nation if they had stereo instructions for it.

It boils down to bad parents, no parents, and immoral teaching while growing up. It tends to kill the stuff written on the heart by God.

"
I also wonder how individuals are able to make excuses for the likes of a Martha or Clinton. Are they not able to distinguish between right and wrong?"
The Bible sums it up nicely, I think. God says we know what's right to do. That it's written in our hearts. But, some love not the truth and choose to believe a lie. They choose to be willfully blind and ignorant.

You're absolutely right.
As the UK Independent recently observed, if the people of the world could vote for the U.S. President, they would elect Kerry overwhelmingly.
This is no doubt true, and those who would elect Kerry obviously would not do so for the benefit of the United States and the American people. They would elect him because he would weaken and perhaps destroy the United States.
A Kerry presidency would be disastrous for America. Millions of Americans--including all of those who would vote Democrat--either cannot understand this or wish to destroy the United States.
In either case, to support a Kerry candidacy, to vote Democrat, or to support the "Liberal" agenda is to ally oneself with the enemies of the United States.

On other threads here on FR, there are many Martha toadies. They wring their hands because Martha has to take a fall just because she is "famous and wealthy".
We had the same blather when clinton was in the dock.

Americans/Conservatives, had better realize that the very fabric of American justice and the constitution is being slowly but surely eroded.

Commas are not this author's best friendsYep. When I see 5th grade punctuation and grammar, it dulls the sharp edge of credibility.

I should add that the guy makes valid points.

I believe you are correct, but it still baffles my mind that it actually occurs. Those from the left are showing more and more often, that to lie is part of their daily bread.
To: bmwcyle
So you did!! Great minds... :)
To: ShelleyAa
you must remember the problem with liberal thinking!!!...a liberals morals are governed by their politics..(the ends justifies the means as long as it benefits them) as opposed to a conservatives politics being governed by their morals...In Marthas case, her decision to lie (for her own benefit of course) showed a simple lack of morals (had she done the morally correct thing and told the truth when questioned, she would have been home free!!)..We can only hope that as she sits in jail wondering how she got there, she can come to the proper conclusion that her lack of a simple moral decision was her downfall...but sadly as with most liberals, she wont go there as it would logically confirm and crush the folly of liberal thinking...

Exactly. Clinton's legacy will always and forever be Monica Lewinsky! Period.
He made his choice and now he lives with the consequence of it for the rest of his life. Doesn't matter how much the dem/libs defend him. It's the PEOPLE that count and all we remember from his sordid times in the White House is Monica Lewinsky! Monica Lewinsky! Monica Lewinsky! As Rush says: "A Tiger is a Tiger."

I have always held the belief that Monica and the purjury issues were smoke screens to blur the more serious charge of treason, i.e., facilitating sales of missle guidance technolgy to the Chicoms.

When you think about, Clinton did more damage to the United States in eight years than most could do in many lifetimes. What a disaster. And to think Kerry is of the same mold.
