Actually the UN looks like the fool in this. They are whining about the interest on the loan. Bush looks magnaminous to the middle of the road voters and the UN looks like spoiled brats. No doubt about it. The UN has never looked more foolish.
JMO, when you(TigersEye) knee jerkedly rant about the UN to the average voter you turn them off.
I didn't rant about anything. I just posted a link to an article that shows just what you are saying. The UN looks stupid. Why the innuendo about 'knee jerking?'

Right now I am not honed in on what the 2008 President will do.
Today I am concerned about the President's interview, wondering how Kerry's fight speech is wearing on the independent voter(I think he's a drone on,but I am biased..very,extremely,overtly biased!)
I giggle at Kerry's Bring It On chant.Ever hear him?

I see nothing soothing like fluffy clouds or warm fuzzy kittens in the thought that many good conservatives on this board had rather vote for a third party or stay home than vote for President Bush.Bush earned it. And when I meekly and quietly ask if he might throw us a bone and not campaign for / sign the Assault Weapons Ban, the people who purport to defend him insinuate I can have that bone right up my ***.
I'm very much questioning my vote this November -- well, more than questioning it, actually, but I have to tread carefully here -- and this sort of talk doesn't exactly warm me to Bush. Further, this sort of talk is now permitted on FR, but only by one side. I don't see much reason to say any more here about this topic. Why get banned?
Therefore: Kittens! Roly Poly KITTENS! WEEE!

No.
That's the problem.

Rush was right on about the Frist thing though. There is just no excuse I can possibly think of for his not standing by his lead staffer. You really ought to take it easy on the Frist bashing. He might be Bush's VP one of these days.
Cheney Out, Frist In?
Frist bashing is Bush bashing.

" I don't get teary eyed over conservatives who betray me and my entire party to placate leftist goons." There, there. Nobody wants you getting upset.
That's better. No tears.

Take your TAX PLAN and take a hike!Nowhere can you find me advocating higher taxes. I made an observation that eventually something has to give, and higher taxes is one of the "somethings". If you want to do battle over my position, at least make sure you know what it is. Your desire for making the tax cuts permanent (a point of view I agree with, by the way) would be better served by taking all that energy and aggravation and writing to your members of congress, urging them to get the spending under control. That's what I've been doing.

"Anyone who is not voting for Bush, is voting for the Democrats. It's very straight forward and true. People who claim to be oh, so conservative, but their admitted actions will result in a Dem victory are at the very least hypocrites."
My goodness, we're emotional tonight.

"Did Bill Frist just fire Manuel Miranda for finding the demoflat's plan to use the intelligence committee's findings against Bush by leaking real intel, or did he call the dems on the carpet for it?" If this is true, we really, really need to hold Frist's feet to the fire. This is inexcusable.

Pretty extreme position. When the RINOs become this shrill and extreme, you know they're starting to feel the heat from the Conservatives.
