he's going to be in for a big surprise when he finds his base doesn't turn out in big numbers to vote in Nov. Only the stupid and the lazy will not turn out for Bush this fall.

Only the stupid and the lazy will not turn out for Bush this fall.Which describes the self-anointed "true conservatives" to a tee...

You're still not making sense, or not getting the point - one or the other. The purpose of voting CP is to put issues on the table that have been ignored.
Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, why are the "true conservatives" so thick-headed?
I'm not the one mixing up cause and effect.

Of course, you are correct. I'd never vote Democrat for President - at least not if the Democrats are like they are now. I might vote for our current Governor next time if the Pubs can't get a decent candidate. We've had nothing but Dems and RINOs for a while.

But you are not a member of the Republican Party, at least this time around.

But you are not a member of the Republican Party, at least this time around. I have not changed ..I am still a Goldwater , Reagan Republican , it is the party that has changed not me .
That prescription plan is an abomination , as is the open borders ..Our kids will be paying for this. That is not the Republican party that I have supported either nationally or state ...
I will continue to vote Republican at the local level, but I refuse to vote for anyone that does not have my families best interest at heart .

Riiiight. You are a Republican who wishes to work for a Democrat. And I am a wealthy man who just happens to be poor.
