I think Howard Dean is doing good...real good. He just reminded the senators that he is different from them, he's being specific, very specific.

I agree with your assessment. I also don't think he's on meds, but is lowering his tone, obviously, to show he can be in command of himself.

Of course I despise his reasons for being different, but his presentation is effective.
