Please don't just scan this. Read all of it and think about what needs to be done for your kids future.
If you have a better plan, for Pete's sake let's hear it!

Next time I'll have you make the corrections for me. That way if you make a mistake I can ridicule you. Deal?

...My plan says to all illegals, "Take what you have and leave now because if we have to come and catch you, at taxpayer expense, you'll go without anything but the clothes on your back!"...
Seems kind of harsh.
I like it.

Some interesting thoughts, however, I didn't like Mr. Bush's immigration policies when he he was running in 2000. But I voted for him. Still don't like his policies; will still vote for him.

My own version would be far more unpleasant, but I am an unpleasant guy.

Many will find this plan as not being compassionate to the criminals. I'm thinking of how this situation is affecting yours and my American children, not the law breakers kids.

We don't shoot the illegal border crossers, we feed them and give them free medical care for being stupid when they don't plan ahead.

Some interesting thoughts, however, I didn't like Mr. Bush's immigration policies when he he was running in 2000. But I voted for him. Still don't like his policies; will still vote for him.Same here. Much as I dispise this new policy, I don't see any of the dems offering anything better, and in most cases theirs is probably worse. This is the problem, the dems have become so radically leftist that no sane person would vote for them. The unintended consequence is that GW and the republicans are now free to move left in order to capture the mushy middle. In short the center of gravity in US politics is so skewed to the left that even someone considered moderate 20 yrs ago, is now seen as right wing.
At this point I have to hold my nose and vote for Bush, if only for the splended job he did in the war on terror abroad, but he's really selling us down the river in the domestic war on terror.
I think what we need is a TRUE conservative to help bring things into balance, I'm afraid that the voters have become so used to big government liberal ways that it may be too late.
