Mexico has very strong class barriers that are based largely on race.
What you see happening is that families whose wage earners could bring in $25 to $30 each a week by working in Mexico don't need to bother working if one goes to the USA and sends home $300-400 a month. They are quickly becoming like the welfare types who sit around mostly idle waiting for the monthly check.
You'll here an illegal who has done this for a while --- send most of his wages home start saying "el burro se cansa" meaning they're wondering why they can't enjoy some of their money themselves --- maybe buy a car, quit sending all that money back. Then the family is in big trouble.

Simple solution to the entire education problem in Mexico: Arrest and deport all of the illegals in the country, and don't allow any of them back in without being able to speak English fluently, and understand our written laws. We could afford to allow higher quotas of legal immigrants from Mexico if the illegals were gone.
In fact, without the illegals, our nation could afford a lot of things. The gov't should total the bill for what the invasion is costing the US and send an invoice to Fox - payable net 30 - in either gold or oil. If the Mexican gov't can't pay the 'hotel' bills, then we have no choice but to evict their 'tenants'.

pick soybeans and sleep in their car in Iowa I wouldn't like anyone sleeping in their car in my neighborhood. This is not a good thing. I'd call the cops.
BTW. Soybeans are not hand picked.
