I agree that Islam is a false religion or more accurately: Mohammed taught a revelation of God to humanity that was and is factually inaccurate.
Also, I agree that Muslims may be good people, which I interpret to mean that they are law-abiding citizens. My concern is not with the current state of Muslim society
in Amreica (which is statistically insignificant)but with
attempts by Muslims to send money to charities abroad that
might fund terrorist operations.
Muslims in this country must learn that if they are to be "good Americans", they must place their loyalty to the United States above loyalty to Islam. Normally, this is not a problem, but it may become one if extremists in the world
Islamic community are not hunted down.
Whether Muslims in the United States will convert to Christianity is unknowable, though I hope and pray they will.
If you encounter a Muslim and he claims that Islam is a peaceful religion, ask him what he means by "peaceful." If he means peaceful in the sense of having no religious or philosophical doubts, then he is merely a contented man.
If he means peaceful in the sense of living in harmony with neighbors of other religions, suggest that he study the violence that seems endemic when Islam rubs against other religions, as in Nigeria, Pakistan, the Balkans, or the Phillipines.
Remind him that Professor Samuel Huntington from Harvard said that, "Islam's borders are bloody."
Challenge your Muslim friend to disprove Huntington's statement.

P.S.
Those who believe that Islam is a "peaceful" religion should remember that a religion cannot be "peaceful." It may teach peace - in the sense of teaching non-violence - but only people may be peaceful.
A man may be "peaceful" in the sense of being secure in his religious beliefs, but be a violent man.
Simultaneouly, a man may harbor great doubts about his religious faith (or have no faith at all) but be unwilling to act violently or even defend himself.
The question is not the claims for the peacefulness of a faith made by faithful, but the tenets of the religion and how the faithful "work out" those tenets in the world.
