I'll do the duty of sending it to Schiavo and his attorney just so you can get your test case started. There are many reasons why people on the Internet generally do not post their names, addresses, and phone numbers. Among other things, there are always oddballs who think that such a posting constitutes an invitation to call at 3:00am. But as noted, it would not be hard for Felos et al. to sobpoena JimRob if there were anything actionable. On the other hand, since that would give the defendant of such a lawsuit basis to demand access to a lot of information Felos et al. are keeping secret, that seems unlikely.

BTW, Mr. Schindler has already openly made a public allegation against Mr. Schiavo. Why hasn't Mr. Schiavo acted against that one?

I am seeing two things that are compelling me to again give the warning that we are approaching Civil War II or the coming of the Lord here on Free Republic today. First we are seeing an attempt to monopolize the ENTIRE COMPUTER SOFTWARE INDUSTRY by a conspiracy between SCO amd Microsoft THROUGH THE COURTS. I hope the disabled advocacy agency also seeks epositions on the abuse allegations as well as deposing the radiologist regarding the multiple fractures Terri received that night. With a cloud like that hanging over the issue of the legitamacy of the so-caled husband as guardian it's hard to believe any court, even a Florida one, cou;d not realize a change of guardian is long overdue.
