Dr. Hammesfahr, of HAMMESFAHR NEUROLOGICAL INSTITUTE. http://www.hni-online.com/ emphatically stated that the neck spinal injury this patient incurred was by Strangulation.
------------------------------
My belief is that Terri didn't "collapse." She was attacked and injured in some way by her husband. Her husband is now blocking improvement in her condition lest she be able to communicate what happened. These other clowns, the lawyer, judge et al are running a junior grade Auschwitz and are determined to service Shiavo's wishes.
"Greer is on the Board of Directors at Hospice -" If this can be shown to be true, then the judge has a vested interest in the case and should have disqualified himself from the beginning. There is reason here to indicate serious malfeasance and to remove him from the bench. A good AG would get him thrown in jail. It's up to Bush to get this done.
If what is said in this post is true, in a few days this case will be over and Greer will be sitting in the slammer.

Oh, good grief! On the last page at their site, labeled "IMAGES," they have six photos of Jack Kevorkian -- Dr. Death himself.
"The Hemlock Society" is a bit too... dignified for this gang. This should be, oh, "Felos McMoonbeam and the Grape Kool-Aid Killer Kids."

Please source your information that Greer is on the Board of Hospice. This was discussed on another thread and nothing could be found to verify that.
Maybe not pertinent to what you're looking for now, but the Attorney from Hell stated in a press conference that Terri has been placed on Medicaid. Prior to that, CNN reported that Hospice had paid Terri's bill for three years. IF Terri is now on Medicaid, Federal funds are involved, and if I remember correctly, Federal funds CANNOT be used for assisted suicide, euthanasia, or mercy killing.
Terri is back in a Hospice setting, but not terminally ill, not expected to die within six months if left alone, and on Medicaid. Isn't she then under the protection of the FEDERAL courts?

Pegita,
I don't have the source. That was a direct copy from an email. I'll ask if they can confirm and provide a source. The best I can say is see the link in 11. It puts Greer VERY close.

Just from looking at the excerpts from the pdf regarding duties of guardianship monitoring...Greer doesn't appear IMO to have fulfilled his duties...impartial parties were disregarded...
The mission of guardianship monitoring is to collect, provide,
and evaluate information about the well-being and
property of all persons adjudicated of having a legal incapacity
so that the court can fulfill its legal obligation to
protect and preserve the interests of the ward, and thereby
promote confidence in the judicial process.
"There is a need for a well-defined process for review of the annual plan and validation of the well-being of the
ward."
"Guardianship is only warranted when no less restrictive alternative such
as durable power of attorney, trust, health care surrogate or proxy, or other form of pre-need directive is found by the court to
be appropriate and available."
"The court rules that control the
relationships among the court, the ward, the guardian, and the attorney are found in Part III, Probate Rules, Florida Rules of
Court. Together, these statutes and rules describe the duties and obligations of guardians and attorneys, as well as the court,
to ensure that they act in the best interests of the ward, minor, or person who is alleged incapacitated."
