I have never heard of a nurse's notes being deleted. We do not even use white-out. I hope someone follows up on the intimidation that this Schiavo was perpetrating on the workers who cared for Terri.

There are so many laws and regulations in place that would require the nurses/care-facility to have reported this type of behavior. The fact that there is no such evidence is significant.

This is an "affidavit" of someone who may or may not even exists, who may or may not even be a nurse, and who may or may not even be the actual nurse if there is such a person.

If this type of behavior and conduct was going on, then the nurses, and the facility would be subject to massive legal liability on behalf of the family.

I'm skeptical also. Lots of hyperbole in here. The systematic deletion of the nurse's notes is a bit hard to believe. This person is insinuating a systemwide conspiracy against Terri. If this happened, there had to be many, many witnesses to this behavior. Some corroborative evidence is needed.

I'm all for Terri continuing to live, but hard-to-believe, unsubstantiated stories only hurt her case.

The nurse is mentioned by name in the complaint filed by Terri's parents in August 2003. She's real enough.

Here is the federal lawsuit containing this nurses affadavit as well as another nurses sworn testimony concerning Michael Schiavos treatment of his disabled wife.

Read the entire brief and then come back and tell me it's "unbelievable". This is swor testimony in a federal lawsuit, not internet bs.

This is about what I expected from Michael Schiavo in regard to Terri's "care". This home is corrupt. Just follow the money. Some folks really need their jobs and will be quiet and do what they can privately as this one claims. Who knows maybe those that murdered the most in patients got a bonus check or a percetnage of the money they were after.
