I understand, but what I don't understand is if this specifies it HAS to be done at a Hospital or can be done at a Hospice.
To: Theodore R.
The executive order is very limited in scope and was that she be given immediate nutrition, not that she cannot be transported to a different facility.

Probalby because his lawyer told him that the law will be overturned so be ready. HOWEVER with an Attorney ad litem, it is up to the attorney to be her advocate. The REAL question is who is the attorney, was it a random assignment. If the attorney is a shill then game over.
To: Pegita
Under Federal guidelines, if hospice is ordered for the terminally ill, it is paid for through Medicare. Medicare is paying her bill???

No she doesn't. She was counting the hours until her wedding when the tube was removed. She is most likely just as selfish, greedy, and rotten as he is. Water seeks it's own level. I read his statement to the press and then the Schindler response. He makes me sick. The girlfriends mother was guarding Terri after the tube was removed. How horrible for the family to have to see her while there daughter was dying. Michael Schiavo would have you believe that he is so upset about it. He is a cruelest person alive.

He is moving her to the sole, single, specific exact place in all of Florida that has a specific motive for her to DIE.
Where they want people to die.
Where the managers get paid to have people DIE.
Where the profit motive, and legal motive, and SOLE JUSTIFICATION for their jobs is the DEATH of the unwilling patient.
Where the HINO has a financial and criminal (?) and legal desire for her to DIE.
He is moving her FROM a place where people want her to live.

Bet you a cup of coffee his current mistress leaves him over all this. She has to be wondering if she is next. Especially if the money runs dry. She'll be outta there.

Her organs wouldn't be useable, in my opinion, mtbopfuyn ~ those who have been looking into this a little more closely seem to think it's the new industry (really not so new) of euthanasia ~ Merchants of Death who wish to hasten the elderly along, and Florida is a prime target. Ethan Allen and Theodore R. have done extensive research ~ Hospice could be quite a lucrative business.

The feeding tube had reportedly already been reinserted at the hospital, so she'd have gone back to the hospice with the feeding tube in -- which she'd had all the years she was there before. They may not be qualified to insert in, but they're obviously qualified to feed through it.
If there's no real medical need for her to be at the hospital, I can see where the hospital would be eager to send her away. The commotion caused by her presence could be very disruption to the operation of the hospital, and they've got a lot of other patients to think about.

No, it isn't Felos, but the problem I have with this, and I sent a message to Chief Justice Demers, is that Schiavo will still call the shots in regards to her care. That this "new guardian" is supposed to only deal with the feeding tube issue. What is the point if Schiavo still have control over things. Demers really screwed up.

Thanks for that post diamond. It is encouraging to know that someone is trying to get something done about this. Bob Marshall sounds pretty special. Never heard of him before his efforts on Terri's behalf.

forgot to mention, news mentioned she was going into organ failure. It may all be moot.

Yeah, IN FIVE DAYS!! BTW, GAL has been named, but I can't remember his name! Check Bay News 9 It may not matter much, anyway. If we can trust the report in #531, the guardian won't have much power, and hubby can still control everything about Terri but the feeding tube.
Then again, it was on CNN...

I read on FR that it would be illegal for anyone to sell her organs.

With all the hoo-rah, I wonder how long the second "Mrs." Schiavo is going to stick around. She's got to be wondering if the jerk is worth all this.
To: Theodore R.
Yes it will be contested I'm sure.... but it appears at this time that it is being followed as from all indications in the press they are providing hydration and nutrition...... That is the EO 03-201 requirement isn't it

Since the GALs work for the state are their reports open records? A GAL's actions are generally confidential, since the GAL must be given greater access to a the ward's property and records than would be any other government official. On the other hand, certain aspects of the trust fund were also supposed to be public records. I don't think there should be any broach of confidentiality if Terri's old GAL compares the current state of the trust fund records with what he filed, if he still has the records.

How does the hospice financially benefit if someone dies? So long as government is paying the bill, what does it matter if someone lives longer than the six months? It looks like their goal would be to keep the beds full, rather than killing people ahead of the time of their natural death. When one dies, the government check stops.
