Conflict of interest in Michael being Guardian. !!!!!!!!!!kids by another woman, common law, he wants her to die, never said anything about tube removal for years until settlement came in. .....just that you feel he should recuse himself from this case. ( especially after the legislature really slapped him yesterday!!!!!!!)

Bob Marshall has a long-vested interest in cases like Terri's. If you look on my FR site and read the two links with Hugh Finn in them you will see why.

After Hugh was killed by his wife, Bob introduced all kinds of legislation in the state of Virginia to try to stop that kind of death from happening again. I don't think he was ever successful with it.

So Hugh Finn died - not from injury, but by court-authorized starvation - and his parents were fined $17,452 for his wife's and guardian's legal fees. This is justice in Virginia?

I assume she wanted to re-marry, but couldn't bring herself to divorce him.

So instead she had him killed.

The first night her rehydration was ordered by Jeb, the hospital refused to comply at first. They were afraid of the husband suing them and Bob Marshall called the former chief of staff from the hospital and somehow, someway got them to finally rehydrate her. Someone else said he threatened something about federal funds being withdrawn. He is a GOOD man!!
