There is no jury verdict or ruling ordering "execution" here.

I'm tired of the handful of posters who jump into every Terri thread demanding to know again and again after they've been told time and time again just how JEB can help so I'm turning the tables. Prove to me that JEB can NOT help. I want specific laws, mandates, precidents, and rulings specifically stating the Governor of Florida does not have the responsibility nor the power to step in. All they have is empty rhetoric. It's sad that they are trying to make this case political. Very sad. Bush asked for legal advice from the Thomas Moore Law center about whether he had the authority to intervene here and save Terri's life. They told him he did; yet Jeb still pretends he can’t.

Posters defending Jeb claim he can do nothing, but they have no data to back up their claims, only their empty pitiful rhetoric. They truly are sick people.
